The Emissary Movie Lands at Base Camp on Four Final Fridays and a FIFTH Final Friday at Newport State Park, Aug. 31
WHEN: At Base Camp Coffee: Fridays: June 29, July 27, Sept 28, Oct 26, 2018 (the final Friday of June, July, September and October)
Doors open at 6 PM, movie starts at 7 PM

 

Aug 31 the Emissary movie plays at Newport State Park at 7 PM, outdoors under the pavilion 600 feet from parking lot 3.

 
WHERE: All final Fridays EXCEPT for August 31 are at Base Camp Coffee, 10904 Hwy 42, Sister Bay, Wisconsin (920-854-7894)

Aug 31 the Emissary movie plays at Newport State Park at 7 PM, outdoors under the pavilion 600 feet from parking lot 3.

 
FOOD and other things:
Dinner and drinks will be available for purchase at Base Camp Cafe.
At Newport State park there will be popcorn. Feel free to bring your own treats. Picnic tables are available but feel free to bring your own lawn chairs and blankets. Consider whether you want insect repellant since spaceships are not the only flying things that land on you unexpectedly at Newport State Park.

 

THE EVENT: Meet for a screening Q&A with Tim and Holly Erskine, the Ellison Bay couple who created the first family-friendly, sci-fi epic adventure film shot in Door County with a cast of local actors. Meet director Tim Erskine, co-creator Holly Erskine, and cast members following the show. Join a conversation about using humor, science, and art to imagine a more positive future.

 

At Base Camp events, doors open at 6, and food and drinks will be available to purchase.

 

At all events, the screening begins at 7 pm and there is no charge to attend.
